ALCOHOL EDUCATION FOR MINORS

If you have received any of these tickets:

            Minor in Possession (of Alcohol)           MIP

            Minor in Consumption (of Alcohol)        MIC

            Driving Under the Influence                 DUI

            Public Intoxication                              PI

                                       OR

If your judge gave you a list of classes, and my name was included in the list, then this is the 6-hour class that meets the requirements for an alcohol education class.  In some cases, the judge will ask a minor to take this class for a Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) ticket.  Again, if the judge gave you my name as an option for a class to meet the requirements of your ticket, then this class is the correct one!

I teach my classes about every 3 weeks.  Currently they are on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.  They are held at the Comfort Inn of Plano, 5021 W. Plano Parkway, Plano, Texas, 75093.  The closest intersection is W. Plano Parkway and Preston.  It is very easy to access from the George Bush Tollway. 

You can call 972 377-6400 to sign up for the classes.  You may pay by credit card, or bring cash by my office in Frisco to enroll in the class.  If you want, you may come the day of the class and enroll that day.  While there are no guarantees that you will get in, usually you would be able to!  We often have people pay for their classes to reserve a seat, and then don’t show up.
